Casa Píer, located in Avaré SP, 2:30 from São Paulo is a true work of art, designed by architect Sérgio Sampaio. In front of the Jurumirim dam, in the most valued and exclusive arm of the dam, the house has the sunset as its protagonist. The land is 9700sqm, has a tennis court, beach tennis court, gardens, pier at the dam for boats and two jet skis, and a guest/service house with two suites, complete with kitchen and laundry.
The house is simply irreplicable, the land from the land itself was used to build the walls of Taipa, which took approximately 3 years to complete as a whole. Innovative construction method, which blends with the exposed concrete of the foundations and its immense CLT (Cross Laminated Timber - Wood) slab with a free span of 14 meters!
A combination that makes it the only house in this mold in the world! All materials used in the house are natural, from the black export slate on the floor, to the levigado granite countertops, the same material used in the pool, which in the afternoon makes the pool water connect with the water from the dam.
The 6 suites, 4 of them in a separate block for more privacy, are connected by a marquee, a treated pine deck pier, which takes and connects all the blocks. The two Master suites, in a second block, are very spacious and have balconies. All of the house's joinery was designed using natural freijó wood veneer, and the entire house's lining was custom made from pine.
In the social block, we have a giant room for interaction between guests, as well as a separate home theater, a wine cellar that holds 400 bottles also customized in natural freijó, as well as a kitchen fully equipped with Elettromec appliances. We also have a toilet, laundry room with a service bathroom for employees, and a pantry. All furniture in the social area are Estúdio Bola, Guilherme Wentz, Jader Almeida.
In the gourmet area the great charm of the house, a free space of 14 meters, with a table for 15 people customized entirely in Aco, this table weighs 800 kilos! A stainless steel pizza oven, a parrilla grill, and all furniture designed by TIDELLI.
Also in the basement, we have a games room area, with a projector, which can become a gym, club, or any other desired purpose. Also a boat and quad garage to store the house's toys.
The house has 1180sqm of built area, 6 suites, and will be delivered behind closed doors.
