Description
Herdade Pomar Del Rei, with a total area of 96,525 hectares, is located in Vila Viçosa. The property has 7 water holes, 6 of which are in operation, and has 11 vineyard plots with a drip irrigation system. The first vines were planted in 2001,2002 and 2005. In 2022, another 9 hectares of vineyards were added, followed by another 9 hectares in 2023. For 2024, another 9 hectares are in preparation to be planted.
The estate has from a natural source and have an approved project for waterproofing the dam. It also includes an agricultural warehouse equipped with an office, cafeteria and changing rooms, as well as a ruin with an area of 178.89sqm. The property is located close to the border with Spain.
