Assignment of Position Apartment T2 1 - Pestana Porto Covo Village Tourist Development
In the heart of the picturesque fishing village of Porto Covo, 1000 meters from the beach, and inserted in the Natural Park of Southwest Alentejo and the Vicentina coast, a development is being built – The Pestana Porto Covo Village.
This project will consist of a set of tourist apartments, with private swimming pools, in a private condominium with services and a central nucleus with gardens and leisure spaces located on a plot of approximately 3 hectares. Tourist operations and services will be provided by the Group, as well as the management of the condominium.
The 2-storey apartment has an open space kitchen with a living room where there is access to a balcony, two bedrooms, one of which is a suite, an office which can be used as a bedroom and a complete bathroom, on the second floor, we have the terrace where there is a swimming pool and a leisure area.
Porto Covo is surrounded by the most beautiful and natural beaches in the country, rugged and hidden that are found along the coast. Pessegueiro Island is another point of interest. During Roman times it was a place for preparing fish. It has an excellent beach for windsurfing and sport fishing.
Fish dishes, seafood, cataplana and whelk feijoada are some of the gastronomic specialties of this region. In summer, Porto Covo is especially lively. Various sporting and cultural activities are promoted on its beaches and in the locality.
